VEEM Ltd was excited to feature both the Interceptor Propeller range and the new VEEM Gyro 120 at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat show last month in Florida. The show featured exhibits from a range of yacht builders and designers and a wide variety of boats and sea vessels on display.

The response to the product was overwhelmingly positive and I would like to thank everyone who made the time to visit our stand and say hello. It was a real pleasure to meet many of you for the first time, and to catch up again with existing colleagues. Thanks also for the many very supportive comments on the quality and engineering of the VG120 model that was on display. These comments are a satisfying endorsement of the company’s decision to prolong product launch in favour of solving some very difficult design challenges in order to make the product as simple to install, operate and maintain as possible. “It was a great pleasure to formally sign up Mark Tomlinson at the show, as our central US Gyro Sales Agency. Mark has formed a new dedicated VEEM Gyro sales and service company called Halo Iron Works based in Fort Lauderdale. Mark will continue to operate Precision Propellers as usual. The new company, Halo will be the centre of operations for VEEM Gyro sales and service in the US, Bahamas and Caribbean. We are working with Halo now to create a Fort Lauderdale training centre for VEEM Gyro operators and service organisations.”
